HOME!

We made it back to Utah safe and sound, all three of us. Emerson had a hard time but Olive traveled really well, she even rode either on our shoulders or on Andrews tower from his computer in the back.

Emerson enjoying himself before we leave for home.

First stop was St. Joseph MO where Andrew's Aunt Bettye lives. I LOVED THIS PLACE, the family, the sounds, the morning. All was wonderful, and very fun to see and meet more family. Andrew's grandma Morris was waiting at the window for us when we pulled up, seriously adorable. She just celebrated her 89th birthday!

The angel is weird to look at because of the low depth of field. Her nose and hair are in focus but not her eyes.

There was a lot of dead corn fields in NE, kinda scary.
Since I have no AC in my car my phone got REALLY hot so I put it on ice in the cooler.

Our Ghetto fab motel in Cheyenne WY, the continental breakfast was superb.

"Bullet holes the size of matzo balls!"

 Nowhere WY
We stopped at a diner for lunch, there where real cowboys.

I saw these deer from the road and they were pretty interested in me too.
Then my camera shutter made the sound camera's do and they ran away, none looked back...

 except this guy.

it's so pretty there in the big open WY I didn't really have to do much with these photos.

 oops...too fast~

 Then it rained A LOT!

But God came around and it was okay.
 HOME!

  2. I am also glad you made it home all right. How does it feel? I love that picture of the window with the gingham curtains. It makes me feel like I am sitting at a cafe looking out.
