Andrew and I don't get to spend much time much anymore because he's working 6 days a week, and I'm working just the three so by the time he gets home I'm pretty wired to talk to someone other than the stangers I meet while I'm out doing stuff.
Andrew came home a bit early on Saturday and we headed down to the pool and I had an idea right before we left.
I thought maybe I could put my toy lens on my regular lens and see if I can get some fun under water shots, with out getting the camera wet.
It worked! And the camera and lenses are just fine, even though Andrew was having a coronary the whole time about it.
It started to rain and I tried to capture a few droplets, but I didn't want to get my camera wet. HA!
i love the ones where his face is half above and under water. funny :)
ReplyDeleteI "had a coronary" just reading that...glad it worked out, though!
ReplyDeleteThose black and white "bubble" pictures are my favorite. I must know what these "toy lenses" are you speak of and use, and I must ask here instead of just googling... I also would have probably freaked about using a nice camera in the pool, but it's all in the name of art right!?
ReplyDeleteWell they are just these little attachment lenses that came with my "kit" they are about 30 bucks a piece but are still considered a toy. Weird huh? I was OK with using those because I don't use them very often because they distort my images a bit and make them look cheap.
