I got my portfolio back today, here are some of my favorites and some of my professors faves. I really like working with watercolors now that I know how to use them. I find that I am a more abstract than realism artist. That's okay, you gotta stick with what you can do, and until I can get more training this is it! I will be giving away these painting so if you want one text me or email me @ applecomb@yahoo.com and I'll let you know if I still have it and will gladly mail it to you or you can come by and pick it up!
The red pigeon is my emotional state, she's huddled and closed off, hopefully this will change soon :)
Painted on wood, a fun project.
One of my favorites from the class are these trees
My professor LOVED this one, I'm not really a fan.
My personal favorite from the class ( I will not be giving this one away)
Jessica
Tree study
This blue one I painted and then gave away as a white elephant gift.
The red and lellow one is a gift for a friend at work. She didn't give me anything specific to paint just colors, so that's what she got!
The cute birdy and tree are my favorite!!!
ReplyDeleteI gave you a cutesy award on my blog, fyi. Love your paintings!
ReplyDeleteLaura! I love your paintings :) I wish I could have received the white elephant gift. I still absolutely adore the painting I bought from you at the Farmer's Market (guy in a boat near a dock painted on recycled wood).
ReplyDeleteWe need to hang out again dude...maybe I should call you instead of commenting on your blog post- what a thought!
