I am not the type of person to do such things, I think they are kind of hooky and trendy. I don't like to be overly trendy.
But I feel awful, I think the combinations of vacation, work stress, and stress in general has taken a bit of a toll on my body! I have headaches everyday, no energy and I don't want to exercise. This is bad because I need to feel comfortable in order to be confident, and with confidence comes opportunities that I can take to further enrich myself. At this point I would be content to curl up in a ball and sleep all day, I am trying not to.
Any ideas on good cleanses? Not the lemonade one!
I wouldn't do one of those crazy cleanses, but maybe a raw food cleanse or something? You could have fruit all morning, then a green smoothie for lunch, and maybe a big salad with lots of vegetables for dinner. That's usually what I do when I feel icky at all. Good luck! Let us know how it goes.
