The Past Week

So I've been busy with school, shooting a couple of pieces for the paper, studying, and spending quality time with my hubs, watching Dexter. If a show could be rated R I'm sure this would be tipping the rating scale. But it's lovely, but I don't believe people swear that much in real life.

So I tried to choose pictures I thought the paper probably wouldn't use, and give a little for this here blog.

Andrew and I took a train, it was like the polar express!

All ABOARD!

In case you're wondering, this is how trains "turn around" the engine is detached and swiveled onto the other track (with special track things) then the engine drives down and is attached at the other end, pulling us home.

Contant movement and tungsten lighting made for a rough trip but I enjoyed most of the shots I got
One of those moments when you say to yourself "BAH if only her eyes were in focus" Thanks bumpy train.
Multicultural dancing, American Indians. I thought they were gorgeous in focus and out.

So far this may or may not be my favorite random shot ever thus far. I LOVED this guy.
