Holiday World.

Andrew's company paid for the Tennessee office to head out to Holiday World Indiana for a fun day at a huge amusement park and water park.

Seriously the weirdest place I've ever been. It's in the middle of nowhere and the town it's in is Santa Claus Indiana. Everything in the town is Christmas themed, and my brain was having a hard time adjusting to Christmas things in my bathing suit, and even more so was the Christmas music. But it's not all Christmas just most of it, there is also Halloween land, Thanksgiving land, and fourth of July land.

I didn't have my phone with me a lot because we were at the water park portion a lot, and I didn't bring my Nikon cause...well that would be a pain.

So I ripped most of the nicer photos from holiday world's site for your viewing pleasure, and I took a few with AJ's Camera on his phone.

We left with the other guys around 645 am and headed out for the 3 hour drive north, Nashville in the morning is GORGEOUS!

 Cool Bridges

I was really fascinated by this coal plant!

We did the water park first, this was our first ride on the Mammoth! SO CRAZY FUN!

After our water adventures, bickering, sunblock eyes, and hoarse voices we headed over the the theme park side for some good coaster fun.

Now I am currently suffering from laryngitis because of this here coaster The Voyage in Thanksgiving land. It was having a lot of issues running but we waited long enough and got to go on it twice in a row! Now I can't talk.

We left the park for lunch, even though they had free drinks *true story* we wanted to eat our own food because well....it's cheaper. SO we found a air conditioned place and ate there after a small purchase, I felt a little white trash but hey it was nice in there.

The end of the night... We had stayed from opening til closing.

 Time for home!

So we were headed home and the moon was so darn pretty and that coal plant was smoking away I just had to get a picture. So Andrew being the wonderful husband he is pulled over and let me get a few exposures...then a cop pulled up behind us and asked us what we were up to.

We explained ( both at the same time I'm sure) that we weren't terrorists and just lowly college students from Utah, Arizona, and California, he was baffled by the array.

 He's not amused.

He actually turned out to be really cool, we kept laughing about the experience because he chit chatted with us for a half hour about nothing. I feel like we had a real country cop, a little bit of Andy Griffith feel to him. He was really nice and funny. We got home safe and sound and very tired around 1 am and  sloppily showered and hit the sack for some good shut eye before the 4th.
