Schmidt Mansion

Last Sunday I spent some time at the "Schmidt Mansion" up in the avenues with Matt and his friends. In the old house steeped in history, rumors of ghosts, and 1 very cool metal cage elevator. I found kindred spirits (in the living) and an opened heart.
I loved these people, I went into it not knowing but 2 people and came out with a refreshed mind and at least a dozen new friends.

Those experiences are rare, and I soaked every bit up.

I decided to try some cross processing and I think I need to learn how to shoot like I'm going to develop the film crossed processed. Most of my pictures turned out bluish or acid green, kind of funky!! I had to change some of the colors to B/W just so you could see them properly!

I loved this teapot

Matt and his boyfriend Jason who was visiting from Seattle Washington

Matty B!!! I have known this guy for around 15 years
A cool stain glass window we found on the "tour" ;)
Grandpa love, I wish the lighting was a bit better because this baby's face could make anyone coo! I still think it's a sweet picture though.
There was a tree, and this tree had TONS of umbrella's! They're all blue 'cause of the cross processing but the colors were pretty vivid.

Old furnace/cool furnace, still laden with asbestos!
