Cherry, jalapeno, and tyme jam.

I borrowed a cherry pitter from Rob and J'ness and proceeded to pit and grumble about, 5lbs of cherries I had gotten from a friend last saturday.

I decided to make a more savory jam, because those seem to be popular right now and I just wanted to see if I could do it.

I used 5 Lbs of cherries

2 Packets of no sugar needed pectin

1 1/2 jalpenos

3 Tbs of Tyme

add as much sugar as you want, I didn't measure it.

Boil cherries, jalapenos, tyme and sugar to a rolling boil

Add pectin and boil still for 1 minute

Jar it!

DONE!

easy as pie....mmmmm pie....
